Lately, after I eat my mango, I have been eating the skin. Now I know that people with alergies to them get very dangerous reactions, but is it ok to eat the skin? I mean I know there are probably bigillions of pesticides on it, but isn't it fiberlicous too? I don't know, I just think it has a nice sweet-solid taste, I guess a lot of the sweetness is pressed into the skin.

I try to eat it sometimes (if organic) - i hate waste <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/grin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":D"> - but I don't like it that much. I can handle a little bit though.<br><br><br><br>
But if you like it - go for it. Trust your senses. Yes if it's not organic there might be chemicals on it, so wash it thoroughly.
