If you have chronic diarrhea you need to see a doctor to diagnose what's wrong. You can have anything from a food allergy to food poisoning. In the mean time eat easy to digest foods and stay away from caffeine and other diuretics and drink plenty of water and/or gatorade.

agreed with the doctor suggestion. you can get pretty sick from chronic diarrhea pretty fast, and it could be caused by one of a bajillion things. if you've had it for more than 48 hours, you should see someone about it.
Definitely go to the doctor. It might not be your diet at all, rather, some little beasties in you digestive system.

Especially if you don't have weight to lose, you need to get checked out, pronto.

thanks im going off to the Dr this avo , isnt it caused by eating too much fiber?

It can be so many things. Go doctor.

Actually, an increase in fiber will BULK UP your stool, not give you diarrhea. I have IBS and my doc wants me taking a fiber supplement to help draw extra liquid out of my intestinal track. Yummy.

Maybe you're just sick?
