The Natural Products Expo West

Today my family goes to The Natural Products Expo West. <a href="http://www.expowest.com/ew11/public/enter.aspx" target="_blank">http://www.expowest.com/ew11/public/enter.aspx</a> 
I know at least 2 other people here are going. 
So,here's the place to discuss this veg*n paradise! 
While there are non-veg products, they are few and far between and more importantly, all the veg*n superstars tend to be there, as in the makers of all your favorite products! 
I'll report back about what NEW and interesting veg*n products may soon be available at a store near you. 
If possible, I'll post pictures as well, provided my daughter is willing to take them (I don't have a camera).

^^ I took this photo before getting to the booth and once there, the lady said no photos. Their tea set up was amazing, they had samples of everything in glass teapots over tea lights (kept the tea hot).

I tried the new Quorn burgers, both were excellent. I have an interesting story on this one.
