Yeah... the holidays totally sidelined my transition from vegetarian to vegan. But my recurring lactose problems have now prompted me to take the first step again: cutting out dairy, in all it's sneaky forms. It's more of a habit than anything else... I've never used a lot of dairy, but I only developed my lactose intolerance issues within the last few months (but it's no surprise, my sister has always has similar issues). It's a matter of breaking the habit of adding a little feta to my pizza, or topping my bean nachos with some shredded cheddar.

So yeah. Here I am again. I went cold turkey (
such an odd phrase when dealing with those of our nature!) when I went vegetarian, and never had any slip-ups. So I'm hoping I can find that resolve again!
