I just had my first Godfather experience...

Why, oh why did I wait so long to see it?! I'm just blown away. Words aren't enough.

Ahhhhh, post-viewing ecstasy.

i just saw it for the first time about 6months ago as well.Great movie, with too many good lines in it to keep count.

"Leave the gun. Take the cannoli."

Michael: "My father is no different than any other powerful man -- any man who's responsible for other people, like a senator or president."

Kay: "You know how naive you sound...senators and presidents don't have men killed."

Michael: "Oh, who's being naive, Kay?"

What do you think this is the Army, where you shoot 'em a mile away? You've gotta get up close like this and bada-bing. You blow their brains all over your nice Ivy League suit.

Godfather 2 was my favorite one though.

Godfather II is definitely the best from the series, depicting
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Michael's downfall

so dramatically and ending with one of the most memorably menacing closing frames in cinema.

I still haven't seen it. People act like you are a feak if you haven't seen it by my age. One day I'll get around to watching it. I have always heard #2 is the best.
