This ad is yet another reminder of the flaws in 'omnivorous theory.' They assume that eating meat is a) Necessary for human survival and b) as long as they are killed quickly and 'everything is used' it's great!!!!

But yet, they completely miss the fact that animals aren't choosing to be enslaved, tortured, and consumed. They just don't want to say it. Also, they are slaves to the meat, dairy and fur industry as they spout the propaganda necessary to keep the sales moving as modern nutrition guidelines are beginning to change and vegan diets are considered nutritionally acceptable. Furthermore, the fur industry is in a decline. I laughed this morning when I read in the paper that there is a company wanting to buy used furs to make stuffed animals, one of the reasons listed on the ad was 'fear of animal activists.' This came a week after a fur store was vandalized in Vancouver by the ALF.

This also is reminiscent of the pedophile groups that say children 'want' a sexual relationship with them. It's all trying to justify abuse of the innocents.

That's an excellent point. I also remember reading about slave owners trying to justify forcing people to pick cotton in a similar way, saying they liked it and it isn't such hard work and they need someone to take care of them so being forced into slave labour isn't that bad.

People have an amazing ability to try to justify anything they get selfish enjoyment from, it's really gross.
