Vision disorders really exist and are part of our daily life. Many people do not know about these eye problems or if they know they do not pay enough attention to these problems. These problems actually can be prevented if we have good understanding on how our eyes work. Our eyes also can feel tired if you push them to work hard and you forget to take a break. Try to keep your thoughts concentrated on as many beautiful things as you can for the entire 15 minutes. When you open your eyes, you should feel more relaxed and you can see more clearly.

Slightly paranoid yet very accurate, thank you for helping everyone with the information. Since we are on veggieboards I'd love to say that raw organic/wild plant foods & Spirulina/Vitamin A from food can help clear blockages & possibly improve your range of vision, color perception, brightness/contrast etc...
