Lots of VBers post about their cravings for non-veg*n food and even their slipups after they gave into a craving.

This place is for people to come when they're craving something and need a little support, because sometimes people need someone else to help them get through a tough time.

You can also post your tips here that have helped you ignore a craving in the past, so we can learn from you!

Candy, like butter toffee, snickers, peanut butter cups, are the only things that I get tempted to eat. For some reason, because it's candy, I feel like it's not really food! Luckily, I never crave meat of any kind. Even though I miss cheese, I never feel like I have to have it. But walk me past the candy display at the checkout counter and it's a whole different ballgame. I just try to picture the cows, since the candy is made with butter or cream, and it helps me get through it. The only time I caved was at Christmas time. Someone gave me a box of toffee crunch and I tasted it. It was good but the guilt I felt afterwards wasn't worth it. I have a vegan recipe for toffee that I haven't tried yet, but I will.
