So exactly how would the Cholera get on the mother's nipples?

I'm wondering that, too. Not that I would ever breastfeed in a bathroom or pump milk in a bathroom. It would be much too uncomfortable for both the mother and the baby.

If BFing and healthy eating go hand and hand, I really wonder at any mother who is breastfeeding and eating in any fast food establisment on a regular basis.

Having breastfed my little darling, though, I can understand what it's like needing to feed a hungry baby in public and receiving the stares and such. Personally, I was totally uncomfortable with it and avoided it almost totally by supplementing with pumped breastmilk or formula when I was out with my baby. Or I would try to time it when I was in the car, so there was a bit more privacy. Women shouldn't have to take these measures or feel like they have to, though. That's just my personal comfort level.

It would be great if more places offered a comfortable and clean space for breastfeeding mothers to feed their babies that has more privacy for those who want it. Babies 'R Us is a great example of this.
