Hi. I go by skulgurl95 and am just beginning to look into a vegetarian way of eating. I have felt for sometime that I needed to remove meat from my diet. (Today is the first day I have been totally meat free.) I am however, confused at a lot of the terms I read about. I hope as i grow as a vegetarian I am able to clear my diet of many foods which now make me feel unhealthy after consumption. I grew up eating meat but also eating more healthy than now. In short I suppose I am still in the experimentation phase, but feel better without meat and a lot of fat in my diet.
