Sometimes it's best to take it easy and relax if you find yourself getting really nervous about an exam. Nervousness and anxiety can be very detrimental to your performance.<br><br>
For example, the first time I took the LSAT, I worried about it way too much, had an anxiety attack during the exam, and had to cancel my score. I registered for the next one, barely studied, and did quite well.<br><br>
I didn't study for the ACT or SAT so I can't really give any advice on how to prepare for those specifically.
