Sometimes it's best to take it easy and relax if you find yourself getting really nervous about an exam. Nervousness and anxiety can be very detrimental to your performance.

For example, the first time I took the LSAT, I worried about it way too much, had an anxiety attack during the exam, and had to cancel my score. I registered for the next one, barely studied, and did quite well.

I didn't study for the ACT or SAT so I can't really give any advice on how to prepare for those specifically.
