>1/2 cup rolled oats

>1/2 cup hot water

>1 cup plain yogurt

>1/4 cup sugar

>1/4 cup raisins or chopped dried apricots etc.

>2 tblsp. each of wheat bran and oat bran

>1 apple, cored and diced

In a bowl, combine oats and water: let sland for 10 minutes or until water is absorbed. Stir in yogurt, sugar, raisins, brans and apple.

Makes 3 servings, about 3/4 cup each.

Muesli can be covered and refrigerated for up to 3 days. One serving is a high source of calcium and dietary fiber.

3 g. total fat

53 g. carbohydrate

5 g. dietary fiber

61 mg. sodium

Wow.. I love it! I got to have some of this. I can’t wait to try this, my taste buds are already going crazy just thinking about it. It sucks that I have to go to work in like 15 minutes, or else I’d be all over it. Thank you for posting such a great recipe, it’s not a post that will be overlooked.
