strawberry preserves/jam mixed with tofutti is easy and yummy

I second this.

I would just put the tofutti on and then the jam, but mixed would fit the strawberry cream cheese bill better.

What is it about bagels, anyway, that makes them so darn good? And why won't my local co-op make their bagels w/o honey? :'(
