Ovega-3 DHA supplement appears to be lemon-free: http://www.ovega.com/what-is-ovega3

It does appear to contain palm oil (palmitate) - however, the quantity per capsule has got to be very tiny! I wouldn't worry about that.

I use Ovega-3 too.
To save people time I will list all the ones I looked up that didn't fit your requirements

It looks like all of Deva's probably contain lemon. And Spectrum's liquid "Vegan Ultra Omega-3 Flax Oil EPA + DHA with Vitamin D" contains "natural lemon lime flavor". Nordic Naturals "Algae Omega 100% Vegetarian, Liquid" has "Natural Lemon Flavor".

As far as I can tell all of the following brands use ascorbyl palmitate, which can come from palm, in their veg*n DHA products:
Barlean's Organic Oils
Nature Made
Dr. Fuhrman
Doctor's Best
Nordic Naturals
Spectrum (There organic palm oil products are certified by RSPO but I doubt that would apply to the palmitate)
