I am trying to eat raw and fruits and veggies when at all possible, this is a slow transition.

My question is that I am enjoying making a guacamole with tons of veggies in it and I have been having it on a piece of EZEKIEL BREAD -- I seem to get bloated after I eat this, I suspect its the bread - any suggestions of why the bread would do this and does it possibly show an alergy on my side?

Any suggestions on other food that can take the place of bread or chips?
