Hello,<br><br><br><br>
I am trying to eat raw and fruits and veggies when at all possible, this is a slow transition.<br><br><br><br>
My question is that I am enjoying making a guacamole with tons of veggies in it and I have been having it on a piece of EZEKIEL BREAD -- I seem to get bloated after I eat this, I suspect its the bread - any suggestions of why the bread would do this and does it possibly show an alergy on my side?<br><br><br><br>
Any suggestions on other food that can take the place of bread or chips?<br><br><br><br>

Yup, I think it's the yeast. Try tortillas or matzos.<br><br>
I don't think it would be an allergy, rather a sensitivity or intolerance. But what's in a word. If it makes you uncomfortable, you shoudl replace it with something else.

If this Ezekiel bread is prepared according to the biblical recipe that it contain wheat, barley, beans, lentils, and more. So it's heavy with fiber and also some sugars that humans can't use and therefore cause bloating. It surely doesn't show an allergy.

eziekiel makes tortillas that are great--super yummy. spread, spread spread.<br><br><br><br>
i love to make wrps with hummus, guac, shredded carrot, tomato, lettuce, shredded beets, sprouts--so yummy. i also make black bean dip in this. so yummy. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)">

if your body is not used to raw veggies, these can also cause you to feel icky- try to ease into it, letting your digestive system get used to dealing with raw foods.
