okay i would like some help for anything i can change or inprove this is what im eating

Breakfast:

30grams oats

2-3 fruit

80grams mixed beans

Morning tea:

25grams nuts

Lunch:

Large salad w/1tsp oil (very big with mushrooms,capcicum,spinach,tomato,olives,carrot,on ion,beanshoots)

Tofu/egg/lentils

Afternoon tea:

25grams nuts

Apple

Dinner:

bean and potato casserole (curry spice chick peas and sweet potoato

Steamed veggies . (zucchini,mush,brocc,cauli,cabbage,brusslesprouts, beans,carrot,and bok choy!)

About 100g of each veg

Supper:

large pear or cup of berries

+ choc chip bisult

Vitamins : multi+fish oil+calcium+probiotics+nutritional yeast

(ps, I eat heaps of vegetables I added up to 20 serves)

is there any thing i should be adding or changing ?

oh no i have just relised this thinking i was doing so well being vegetarain just reading over my meal plan
what can i change fish oil to , is flax the same?

no it does change from day to day but only a big just mabey different beans and spit peas ect......... i eat tofu about 3 times per week(100g) serve

Flax oil or flax seeds (ground), walnuts, borage oil, a vegan DHA supplement... there's lots of stuff to get omegas from. Look around a bit & you'll find them. I just bought a flax/borage/primrose liquid that has the "perfect balance" of 3, 6, and 9s. I'm gonna use it in salad dressing. Weeeeeeeeeeeeee!
