i eat PB lots...yes...its grand<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/rockon.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":rockon:"><br><br>
this morning though. i had maybe...5 tbs and wham. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/dozey.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":tired:"> straight back up (t.m.i. sorry..)<br><br>
unrelated? or should i steer clear of it from now on...<br><br>
of our PB thats like...58grams fat. could it be something to do with that?<br><br>
although still under 10grams saturated. which is weird..i couldn't eat a lot of fries or chocolate without hurling. nowhere NEAR that amount of fat. but with PB i (always used to) seem to. are different fats digested differently?<br><br>
or did i throw up because i ate the equivalent of 3 giant chocolate frogs.<br><br>
