hi all - i am taking a b12 sublingual solution, but what i want to know is: after i drop the solution in the space below my tongue, do i return my tongue downwards, or do i keep it raised? where are the micro veins that absorb the solution - are they on the lower surface of your tongue, or on the floor of the mouth?

If you don't lack intrinsic factor most of this solution is absorbed in the jejunum anyway. High dose sublingual B12 is only necessary if you lack intrinsic factor (rare disease), otherwise a tablet that you swallow will also do the trick for less expenses.
