I'm really bad when it comes to my diet and so I've decided that I'm going to stick to a strict timetable and plan out each week before it comes along to make sure I get everything I need. If anyone can help me out I'd really appreiate it because I'm pretty nooby when it comes to what I need and what I should have...

I'm a vegetarian and I'd like to go vegan overtime.

So yeah, any help? What should I be sure to keep in and out?

figure out what you like and where you want your calorie intake and plan accordingly. I am a routine person so I eat mostly the same food everyday. I will usually eat TJ's Fiber O's with almond milk. Maybe a banana for a snack. My lunch is usually 2 wheat pitas with marinara sauce and Daiya cheese alternative Or a rice dish with veggies or bean dish or wheat pasta with veggies. I usually have carrots and salsa as a snack. Dinner is usually a pita with two veggie burgers. I am very concerned about how much processed foods I am eating, but they are very easy to make and track the calories. My eating is not overly healthy, but better than most meat eaters.

not sure what you mean by "timetable" but here are some vegan meal plans that might be helpful:

http://www.veganhealth.org/articles/meals

http://www.oprah.com/oprahshow/Week-...egan-Menu-Plan
