I agree with rawveganmom. Staying healthy is much more about you aren't including in your diet anymore than adding anything specific. Avoiding meat, dairy and processed foods are a huge improvement. Lessening the toxic load by eliminating cooked foods is another huge improvement.<br><br><br><br>
