Stone Fruit Pops<br><br>

Suitable for a: vegan diet<br><br><br><br><br><br>
2 medium peaches or nectarines, peeled, pitted, and halved<br><br>
2 tbsp. lemon juice<br><br>
1/2 tsp almond extract<br><br>
1/2 cup sugar<br><br><br><br><br><br>
1. Quarter fruit and place in a blender with lemon juice and almond extract. Blend until pureed. Set aside in refrigerator.<br><br>
2. Combine 1/2 cup water and sugar, and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes and allow to cool.<br><br>
3.Place in a blender with fruit, and blend until well mixed. Pour mixture into plastic pop molds or disposable cups and insert tops or sticks. Freeze until firm.<br><br><br><br>
Serves 4<br><br><br><br><br><br>

This isn't my recipe, I found it on a little recipe card thing at the store. It says it is by TRY-FOOODS INTL. Oh, and you could probably substitute berries or mango for the peaches.
