You might have seen me mention that I'm now on an ED-recovery meal plan. And so far I've been a good little girl and followed it, as strange as it is. (I'm eating at least twice as much as before. Eugh.) But this afternoon after eating/drinking some of the time I get a sharp, cramping pain at the bottom of my stomach (it HURTS!). Any idea why or how I can make it go away? It's not exactly encouraging me to eat up! >.>

That's a symptom for range of very different stomach or GI diseases. My guess is they are related to a reflux. Try something like Maalox an hour after meals. And better see a specialist after the weekend.

It could also be an ulcer. I have very intense pains in my abdomen after eating, and have been through test after test until it was finally determined that I have an ulcer in my small intestine. Try a digestive aid before meals- that might help.

I'm in a similar situation to you- recently startd eating a decent amount after having an ED... I had baaad stomach pains, went to docs and she gave me medicine to soak up any excess acid, but it hasn't helped me much so it's looking like i have an ulcer somewhere.

I think you should go to the doctors because the longer you leave things like this, the worse they get.

I'm making myself a doctor's appointment (calling tomorrow) for ED reasons in general, so I will mention this. :/

You saw the problem, you plan something to solve your problem. You've done what you could, please cheer up.
