My husband and I spoke and he wants me to go slow with this. Tonight we had shells meatless tho and I had a salad with carrots and spinach and pita chips and natural pop. I am just slowly trying different ways in Vegetarian foods. I am not going to eat mock meats I can't eat processed foods that much. I like to eat Granola cereals, fruit, nuts,oats, Non dairy items and veggies and salads . We get Organic coffee and Natural teas. I just wanted to message the group to say how much I am taking this so far. Its going slow and I am only down two days or so a month to eat snippets of poultry with my husband anyhow Hoping by summer time I'll have good ideas to have for Vegetarian living.
