ive stepped up the sugar amounts lately, as counterproductive as that may sound, for energy. I need more calories but can't fit them in in the form of bread, because im already full of that 24/7. i can't just eat more fruit coz im eating a lot of fibre daily and that'll make it worse and i can't just use more good fats because im over the 80gms a day mark and ill start to feel <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/spew.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":spew:"><br><br>
any ideas? will the sugar thing hurt me??<br><br>
