I really want to start up again because I felt so healthy. I also weighed a lot less then I do now! But thats not the point.<br><br>

You'll get lots of support here. Have you checked out the New to Vegetarianism forum yet? There's a lot of great information in that forum about maintaining a meatless diet, a lot of it aimed at newbie veggies. I especially recommend the Tip of the Day Thread, which even longtime veggies find useful! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/yes.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":yes:">

As Amy said, you will find tons of support here. I know I've found it much easier to be a vegetarian because of this place. You'll get tons of info and recipie ideas too!
