I do alfalfa sprouts in a jar. I have two jars going right now with sprouts at different stages.

I buy these Vermont sprout house boxes. Makes a good easy "salad". Last time I went in, most of them were spoiled. Does nobody like sprouts?.

oh and I buy seeds from this place: http://www.sprouting.com/ (Except I buy them in a store, not online.) There's an online Web store at that link. The seeds are certified organic.
