Hi!

I borrowed The 20 Minute Vegetable Gardener (a neat book) from a friend, and now I'm sprouting adzuki beans and mustard seeds.

Any advice from those of you who have tried sprouting? Any sprouts you particularly like? Also, do I need to buy seeds from a sprouting source, or can I use the same beans, etc. that I use for cooking?
