Thinking about supper, as Friday is dragging on a bit, so I checked out the Quorn website for inspiration - quorn.co.uk - and the amount of yummy products is staggering! I'm off to find some Pork Style & Leek Sausages after work!
Are you in the US, Canada, UK, Europe? There are waaaaay more Quorn products available in Europe than in the US. I'm in the US and my favorite is the Quorn Tenders. Everyone tells me they taste just like real chicken. I use them all the time. I would love to be able to get some of the UK Quorn products, but no such luck...
In the US the range has gotten bigger. You'll have to go to Whole Foods or a Wild Oats to see it all. There's: Quorn nuggets, patties, Roast, garlic herb cutlets, naked cutlets, ingredient pieces, grounds, hot dog and meatballs and a new delicious gruyere cheese topped cutlet.

My fave is the new one - it's a melted cheese topped cutlet with breadcrumb coatings.
second vote for the bramely apple bangers as best quorn product.

But the thing Im most grateful to them for is the quorn deli range, (esp. the ham for carbonara sauce and the stuffing flavoured turkey for picnics) cos no other companies seem to make that kind of stuff here (UK).
I got very sick first time trying quorn. Make sure you eat a little of it first. I had like 1/4 of a pattie and was sick for a week or so. Bad sick
I heard about people getting sick, so I was paranoid...but I had no problems.

Its all good, depending on what you're making. The pieces are awesome for stirfry, the cutlets are good with mashed potatoes, and a whole southern-style dinner.
