2-4 ea. Garlic cloves
1 ea. Shallot peeled and sliced
1 ea. Jalapeno sliced
2 oz or 60 grams Ginger peeled and sliced
2 ea. Limes juiced
3 Tablespoons or 45 grams fresh ground peanuts
1 Tablespoon or 30 grams Lemon grass ground
2 Tablespoon or 60 ml. Sweet Chili sauce
1/2 C. or 120 ml Water
Blend until smooth. Serve with vegetables, rice or noodles.
