Im feeling generous today made this last night. It's a freestyle so there are no measurements

Whole wheat rice (soak for 1 hr in water)

Put on a pot of water to boil.. add the following

thyme sticks, lentil peas, diced red onions,
sliced green onions, okra and some almond milk.

sit to boil for 20-30 mins till the aroma fills the air.

strain off the rice and add to the boil.

Add one whole habanero pepper.

get some ripe plantains. smear with orange juice and honey.

bake a 400F till brown...

Rice is fluffy when ready.

serve with sliced cucumbers......enjoy
