I'm sorry if someone asked this before in the past, but which one is better for you? And are the fortified kinds really good for you, or is it just extra "stuff?"

there is a search function here on VeggieBoards. i used it just now to pull up these threads for you, both current and past. if you look at the top of your screen you'll see a list of links, one of which is "search". there are lots of options to narrow down your hunt for information on the search page, too.<br><br><br><br>
