I think it's a giant crock of stinking sh*T. I found all articles to be vague and used words like... "We think" "It's possible that" "It could be" I'm pretty sure that these studies were funded by the meat and dairy industry to search for a new bad guy.

To see any sort of adverse affects from soy. One would have to eat an entire container of soy protien powder everyday for about 2 years. Can any of us on this board do that... I didn't think so. Also from what I understand, the more concentrated (read processed) forms of soy. (IE. diet supplements and powders) are the most potent forms of phytogesterone which mimic the female hormone estrogen. In a study that I read, this can have an adverse affect on naturally occuring estrogen. Again, the amounts of phytogesterone are enough to feed an elephant and not a human.

Eat tofu!
