I generally use rice or almond milk-I don't want to eat too much soy and since there are other option I choose them. They are both really delicious, high in protein and often fortified with many other vitamins that you need.

I love rice milk -- Rice Dream is one of my favorites. I use the plain a lot, but I also like the vanilla when I want to add a little kick to my food.
I love my Edensoy soy milk. There is however a new unused carton of almond milk that I have yet to taste and is going to be opened today. Hopefully I won't get a migraine. I'll report back.

Thank you for saying this, I didn't know they made unsweetened. I went to their site www.silkissoy.com and also found out they make soy milk in the asceptic containers. That would help me out bc I always forget to buy it. Does anyone know if it tastes the same?

I usually use soy, but I tried almond and really liked it. I hope to branch out to other types. I'm not crazy about rice.
