I was given the suggestion of nutritional yeast for extra b vitamins, problem is I do the grabby diet so often, esepcially when I'm low on energy( which is precisely when I need the extra b vitamins!) that the yeast that you add to cooking isn't working out for me. Due to dental problems I had to quit eating what used to my main source of B vitamins besides supplements which was nuts.

Therefore I need to find something else that won't aggrevate the dental problems and until I can function enough to make regular meals again.

I think I got it covered from online reading, but I'll see if I get any I missed. Mostly in animal products, smaller amounts contained in spinach and tempeh.

I think Bananas and Spinach tie in a tastiness contest. Spinach might even win. I had both today, and the spinach was better.
