1. Chinese cabbage 500g<br>
2. Cooking oil 15g<br>
3. Salt 3g<br>
4. Chili 10g<br>
5. Ginger 5g<br>
6. Vinegar 5g<br><br><a href="" target="_blank"><img alt="" src="" style="border:0px solid;"></a>*<br><br>
1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into small sheets, and cut the ginger into small sheets<br>
2. Pour the cooking oil into a wok and heat it, when it becomes hot add the ginger and chili and stir fry<br>
3. When there's good smell coming out add the Chinese cabbage and stir fry rapidly<br>
4. When the Chinese cabbage is almost ripe add the salt and vinegar and keep stir frying<br>
5. When the Chinese cabbage is ripe the dish is ready<br><br>
