I'd really love to know how you all make your sour cream have that "bite." I tried Tofutti brand, and it was very bland. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/sleeping.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":sleep:"> I like my sour cream tangy and really miss it. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/no.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":no:"> Any suggestions?<br><br><br><br>

I have never tried the tofutti brand, but im wondering if you added a bit of lemon juice if that would give it the tang you want?

I drain my soy yogurt of some of the whey to thicken it then I mix the yogurt with lemon juice to taste and a wee bit of garlic. It gives it a nice bite.
