I just had to post and share my exciting news....I'm going to be a home owner..my very own home..heheh Obviously I"m a first time home owner so this is really exciting to me. I've put an offer on a home yesterday (I have left myself room to play with if they counteroffer) The owners of the home have til 5pm today to accept or counter offer. Looks nice-- lots of nice tile floors. I've vowed that my homes will have lots of hard flooring and minimal carpet-- carpet itraps so much dirt and allergens and is such a pain to keep clean.<br><br><br><br>

Thank you all for the congrats <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=""> I have received news that they counter offered so again I"ll be putting in a counter offer ..if they don't take it I"m not so sure this will be my future home..but we'll see ..Either way..I'm still pretty excited as I will be buying my first home <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/dancingbanana.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":nana:">
