Thanks for all the suggestions. I don't listen to much rap, hip-hop or country, and those are the genres that probably use that as a theme the most. Fortunately there are people here who are more familiar than I.

When I saw the thread title, the first thing that came to mind was "Born in the USA" (one of the all-time most misinterpreted songs) -- but I see it was on your initial list.
