What do I do with it?

I've never tried it before. I kept seeing it at the health food store and decided to try it, but I don't really know what would be the best way.

What's everyone's favorite way to eat it, if you've tried it before?
I eat a lot of wraps, is there a good way to cook it and put it in those?

My favourite way of eating it is just marinating it for half an hour or so in sweet soy sauce and liquid smoke. Fry in pan, let sweet soy sauce caramelize a bit, enjoy.

it makes for great sloppy joes. just crumble and add onions or chopped collards or whatever you want and add some bbq sauce at the end. The kind I buy actually has a fajita recipe on it, which I've tried. I used to make tempeh sandwich that was really good and filling, but I forgot what recipe I used (or if I just made it up).
