I wanted to start making smoothies for breakfast and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what to put in them. I really don't eat enough green veggies, so I should probably put some of those. I'm trying to lose weight and I run and do some crunches and sit-ups and the like, but I don't weight train or whatnot so I didn't know if I needed that protein powder or not. And maybe something for B-12? And Omega 3's? I have no idea what to do. Sorry, I'm new. Ideas? TIA!
