I came to know about the facial exercise and i am wanted to know is they are helpful in improving skin?

Yes it is true. Facial exercise can improve beauty of our skin. Practice the methods like raising eyebrows, open your mouth as possible and stick your tongue, pucker your lips etc. These are natural and non surgical way to improve complexion and reduces stress too. But now most women are beauty conscious.They prefer surgical ways to enhance the beauty and overall appearance. In the recent statistics of cosmetic surgery facelift and rhinoplasty are the popular procedures. High success rate and less side effects might be the main reason why more people are attracted to these.
