Yeah I've read that sitting too long could lead to blood clots. Maybe as computers become more portable (ie, like a tablet PC), people won't be as stationary when using them

Yeah I got an LCD and sold my 19" CRT a while back. It's much better on the eyes (eyes have been great since I got it ... about a year and a half). I am thinking of getting a CRT (tube) again and just using that for graphics where colour is more important.
