Is the bomb! I just found it at the grocery store and I love it. The one thing I hated about regular eggnog was how thick it is. This takes the thickness out and tastes just like real eggnog!

I just had to rant and rave about how delicious it is!

There is also a great recipe in Sarah Kramer's La Dolce Vegan for "eggnog" muffins. Silk Nog works great.

I have silk nog and holly nog available to me. Silk nog is more realistic, by far. Holly nog is more flavorful. Both of them are yummy!

It is my new favorite cook book. I wanna get some of the other ones that she co authored. It is very creative, and everything that I have made out it so far has come out beutifully. My favorite thing so far was the donuts! Yum!!!

This is my second year buying it. I bought some for my B-day today. Bought some to the Church Christmas party last year and when I got in line for food it was all gone. Foiled not, I still had some at home. Can't believe there is not egg in it.

Great stuff for someone who has fond memories of traditional holiday goodies.

Last year I froze a container at the end of the season and enjoyed this holiday treat sometime in the summertime. Ok I'm weird sometime.
