(I believe these are only available in Canada, and they're lacto-ovo.)

I tried a Shneider meatless chick'n cordon melt last night and was pretty impressed. It was slightly less salty and less greasy than I remember packaged chicken cordon bleu as being, but generally very good. Definitely not something I'll eat every day, but something I'd quite happily bring to a family dinner since it heats easily in a toaster oven.
