>2 tblsp. sesame seeds

>2 tblsp. vegetable oil

>1 tsp. lemon juice

>1/4 tsp. salt

>1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

> 2 cups cubed zucchini

>parsley chopped

Brown sesame seeds in oil, add rest of seasonings and zucchini. Stir fry until zucchini is tender-crisp. Garnish with parsley. Serves 4.
