daisyrose - i'm relatively worried about your menu - although you are choosing healthy options, you're eating far too little, and it isn't very balanaced at all. i can give you some ideas, if you like, but i don't want to overstep my boundaries. please let me know.

meatless - that is what i meant - she was choosing good options, but not enough of them!
