I am new to Vegetarianism, started 4 days ago. About two years ago my family and I switched to Organic foods, and I have been wanting to start a vegetarian diet as well. So this week was the week. It's not as hard as I thought, mostly worried about not getting enough Vitamin B12. Right now, only my daughter and I have made the change, but my husband isn't complaining about the dinners either.

Hi there

If you're not a vegan you really have no reason to worry about B12 as long as you eat enough dairy and eggs

Thank you! I have been reading on different websites and trying to figure out all the differences. I haven't decided to go to vegan at this point, and have read that dairy and eggs are decent sources, but have gotten conflicting websites too. I have never been a big egg eater, except when called for in some recipes, but I am a big milk drinker.
