One of my favorite sandwiches is Tofurky with lettuce, tomato, and Dijon mustard. Sometimes I replace the Tofurky with avocado, which is my true favorite <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/lick.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":lick:"> but I don't have avocados very often.<br><br>
I like BLTs (technically TLTs since I use Tempeh, ha!)<br>
I use this as the "bacon"<br><img alt="" src="http://i560.photobucket.com/albums/ss48/Tater922/TofurkyBaconLG.jpg" style="border:0px solid;">

I like chickpea salad and "egg" salad made with tofu. I sometimes buy a vegan "chicken" salad made with chickpeas and tofu from a local store.

I love using hummus and some pickeled veggies with lettuce or spinach. Also a morningstar veggie patty is good too <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)">
