Do you like to eat salad without dressing? Lately I've found that it's much more enjoyable if you can add the right veggies or other ingredients. Dressing has kept me away from salad for quite some time now, so I just tried it without, and I'm in love!
I dislike most dressings, and I don't like the barrage of flavor you get when your salad is dripping in the stuff. If I use dressing at all, I like it on the side where I can just dip a corner of lettuce into it. That way I can taste it but not too much.
I don't really like salads, though. I always figured I'd like them a lot more if I liked dressing, since that's where the taste seems to be.
Iria- you just have to make them with EVERYTHING you have in your fridge - I had one for lunch with greens, spinach, tomatoes, cukes, green onion, broccoli, carrots, red pepper, yellow pepper, green beans, apples, grapes, strawberries, raisins, and walnuts..... lacking flavor? Not so much.
